My 90-Minute Weekly Review

A lightweight weekly operating system I use to reset priorities and remove noise.

The rule: finish on Friday

I do the review Friday afternoon, not Monday morning. It clears mental debt and lets me start the week executing, not planning.

Three lists, no more

Wins, misses, and blockers. Each gets three bullets. Anything longer is a disguised brainstorm and belongs elsewhere.

One metric, one bet

I pick a single metric for the week and one bet that should move it. Every other task is either delegated or deferred.

Calendar and energy audit

I delete or shorten any meeting that did not create momentum. I also map deep-work blocks to my highest energy hours.

Close with commitments

I write three commitments and share them with my team. Public promises raise the bar on follow-through.
